All Girls Grades 5th - 8th
In order for your daughter to participate she'll need the following on file before she can begin practices:
- Sports Physical
- Student Code of Conduct
- Parent Code of Conduct
- $30.00 Participation Fee
- Consent Form/Liability Waiver
